I feel urge to yawn all the time. It's like
short of breadth. I have taken tests like ecg echo chest xray PFT and all the blood tests. All normal. I have pre-diabetic so taking glycomet 500 MG I night sugar and BP are normal. Also my resting heart rate is always 100 and frequent headache also and sometimes left side shoulder and chest pain. Doctors said it's physcosomatic problem so prescribed tryptomer and fludac taking almost a month but no cure. Pls advise for my problem. I am struggling to do work like bathing my child washing clothes cos I get short of breadth. Pls advice further.

You are 33 years old. I suggest you should give some time for physical work out in the morning and in the evening. It should involve brisk walk for half hour, swinging your arms, movement of circumduction at shoulder joint and some floor exercises.
You should take Multivitamin capsules, Calcium with Magnesium and Zinc and Vit D
It will help you over the time. Don't expect overnight results.
