Constant pain
I have hurt my arm , wrist and ankle about 1 week . The pain is still there . The arm is swollen but the wrist is the worse pain . I have to u another pillow to support my hand

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water.
