Constant low, depression, anxiety
I have been feeling low about myself, my life and everything in general. I'm not the same anymore. I have lost my faith and belief. I don't have anyone to talk to. Circumstances and situations seem impossible to face or get out of. I have lost all my dreams, hopes and desires. I don't have any goal in life and I don't know what to do.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

Hello dear, I can somewhat sense and understand your distress and pain at the current condition. However please be well assured that there is light at the other end of this seemingly dark tunnel. Your description matches that of clinical depression, which is a treatable condition. With proper treatment you can definitely come out of this negativistic state. Hence my suggestion for you is that please seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and treatment. Do not lose hope and please understand that hesitation or delay in treatment will only compound your situation. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
