Constant humming noise in my right ear
I am bothered my constant humming noise in my right ear particularly when I am alone for about a week now. I also have a mild cold and my ears also have wax.

Hello, Ringing or buzzing noise in one or both ears can be defined as tinnitus. We have found that those who suffer from frequent cold, have their nosal flesh increase, or the one who has dental problems, or facing tonsils, or vertigo, half headache or feels giddiness may face with tinnitus in their life.
Next Steps
As a prevention I will suggest you to avoid excess consumption of salt, sugar, caffeine, Artificial sweeteners.

It's called tinnitus.. commonly it occurs due to eutachian tube dysfunction associated with cold.. take steam inhalation.. gentle valsalva manouvre.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
