Constant heart beat sound in ear
When I go to sleep, I hear a constant heart beat sound in my left ear. This happens only in the night time, rest whole day I do not hear such sound. What can be the possible reason?

PTA and contrast HRCT Temporal bone. Could be a vascular lesion causing pulsatile tinnitus
