I have a hurting pain in my right heel. It feels good when I press my heel against anything hard, else there is a constant pain. Thus whenever I get up to walk after a 15-20 sitting/ lying position, the pain is high as I start to walk n I feel like I am loosing my balance. There is a pain in the right one too but a mild pain. I am obese and 4 months back started stretching n Zumba for weight loss. This pain started 2 months back. Initially mild on both foot, now agravated on right foot.
