Constant ankle pain
My father is 52 years old and he is having pain in his ankle frequently for the past 2 years. We have done frequent consulting with doctors but nothing worked out. Recently we did a blood test and found that he has more uric acid content in his blood. So we are looking for a cure for ankle pain.

Ankle pain may be coming from either too much uric acid causing Gout or from wear and tear of ankle. Reducing Uric acid and controlling Gout is usually done by General Physicians or Rheumatologist. For looking at wear and tear issues, you will need to see an Orthopaedic Surgeon. Dr Vinu Raj MBBS MRCS FRCS (Trauma&Orthopaedics) Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon
