Consistent pain in bones
I have lower back pain, neck pain and my shin bones are presently giving me the worst time. Soles of my legs aches. I have got my but D level checked and its 78 which is fine. My ALP serum level is 126 u/l. MRI shows strengthening of cervical bone, early desiccation changes at L2-3 level and small schmorl nodes at l3-4-5 level. What could be causing this? The lower back pain started during pregnancy and has only worsened post partum. I have gone for physiotherapy but I don't have any relief.

Yes post pregnancy backache can be worse until your hormonal levels settle down for nearly 3 months. However if you have structural pathology in spine meet a spinal orthopaedician and follow his advice
