Concerned about taking supplements
Is taking protein supplements harmful? If so what are the side effects? I have been working out for the last 3 months and I am a student staying at hostel far away from home, so my diet is a mess.

Yes, you can take it, for some ppl supplement won't work. The problem may arise like .It may lower the filteration rate in kidney . Stones . Water retention .High uric acid level And many more If want to know more or want to contact me, you can contact me through the link below
