Treatment for getting pregnancy should be done under Gynaecologist supervision. Dose of fertyl 50/100/150 mg also decided by Gynaecologist on the basis of it's effects on ovary . As you are a case of PCOD you may require anthoer medicine or inj. to get good follicle. So take treatment from Gynaecologist nearby.
