When i was dancing , i fall down on one hand...and than i went to orthopedician...he said me for x-ray...
He has a look at x-ray and said its not fracture , its a injury...so he gave me some medicines...
But with medicines whole pain is gone but still if i press hard on that left elbow joint , it pains...
What should i do to get back my left elbow joint healed??...and can lift heavy heavy object...

If no fracture some tissue injury must be there so you can avoid lifting heavy weight for week-10 days....Asthiposhak tablet will help...if it pains apply some icepack
U must have had some muscular or ligamental injury as u mentioned the c rays were normal. So it takes around 2 weeks time for complete healing of the tissue . So what u need is don’t stain too much on that area like lifting heavy weight. Do some gentle muscle strengthiing exercise,. Ice pack will help in relieving the pain . But most important part is Physiotherapy or exercises now
