hello sir, First you Avoid to take allopathy drugs for spondylosis because simultaneously it causes long term side effect on your body. you can totally manage your spondylosis with pure ayurvedic treatment along with some panchkarma procedures. So instead of taking cervilon and lumbatone go for proper ayurvedic consultation.
