Colour doppler of penis for ED

I am suffering from ED problems so consulted a urologist.Went through penile doppler ultrasound test. The PSV in normal state was 15.3 cm/sec and EDV of 2.6 cm/ sec.
I was given Tazzle 10 mg 2 tablets and after one hour my PSV was 25.5 cm/sec and EDV reversal was found .
Doctor said reports and erections are normal but still I somehow manage to get only grade 2 erections.
My total testerone count is 9.319 ng/ml and all other tests such as came normal but platelet count was 0.89.
Please guide me.I am worried as i am not able to get proper erection.
