ED and Depression
I am suffering from ED and depression for long time. I am not sure which is the root cause for other. I never had proper enjoyable sex. Whenever i tried, I failed for different reasons i.e. anxiety or fear etc. Never had girlfriend for that reason (performance anxiety). I tried to use viagra etc. but too many side effects. I get good erection from porn(bdsm) and have morning erections. I used to masterbate a lot sometimes 5-6 times a week. But trying not to do it for few months. My family is asking me to marry but i m avoiding it. I visited psychologist 2 weeks ago who said its due to depression and prescribed tetrafol plus ( 2 tab) maxgalin er 75 & nexito 10 ( 1 tab) for 2 weeks. I think ed got little better ( more erections) but not depression. I asked him whether should i go for ayurvedic treatment for ed but he did not approve it. I am visiting him again but very confused which is the right way to go or can i get better ever or not. Please help me and give advise. Thanks
