ED /PE/ Low Stamina during Intercourse
Hi All, Asking this on behalf of a friend as he isn't on practo , he was addicted to m*sturbation during his teenage from 18 to 23 age.. and after that he faced some UTI but after that he overcome that using multivitamin tabs & other ayurvedic medicines, but the main question is he dated multiple girls after Covid & found that he is not able to stay longer in bed max 2 to 3 mins.. he is worried now as he is thinking about m*sturbation is the reason behind less stamina n timing in bed. He is getting some acidity & acid reflux issues as he worked in night shifts in MNC, and he is getting some chest pain and heart issues since last 3 months when he lifted something heavy in a wedding event. Can anyone provide genuine answer or treatment on above mentioned issue as he is 29 years old only and getting so many issues at such age... Thanks

It seems to be neuromuscular and harmonal changes leading to sexual issues. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. It needs to be addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician and psychologist.

Masturbation is not the cause. Erectile or ejaculation concerns are treatable—he should consult a urologist/andrologist for proper evaluation rather than self-medicating.

Based on the history you have shared, it is unlikely that masturbation during the ages of 18–23 is the reason for his current sexual performance. This is a very common misconception. Masturbation, even if it was frequent in the past, does **not permanently reduce sexual stamina, damage the penis, or cause lifelong premature ejaculation. Ejaculating within 2–3 minutes during intercourse may be suggestive of premature ejaculation, which is a common and treatable condition. It can be influenced by several factors, including performance anxiety, stress, poor sleep, irregular work schedules, relationship dynamics, and lifestyle habits. His night-shift work, acidity, acid reflux, and disturbed sleep may also be affecting his overall health and sexual performance. Regarding the chest pain after lifting a heavy object, it should not automatically be attributed to muscle strain. Although it may be musculoskeletal, persistent or recurrent chest pain should be evaluated appropriately, especially if it is associated with breathlessness, sweating, or occurs during physical activity.
Next Steps
Your friend should focus on improving his overall health rather than blaming his past masturbation habit. He should: Maintain a regular sleep schedule as much as possible despite shift work. Reduce stress and performance pressure during intimacy. Eat meals at regular times to help control acidity and reflux. Avoid smoking, excessive alcohol, and late-night heavy meals if applicable. Pay attention to whether the chest pain is related to movement, deep breathing, meals, or physical exertion. Since he has multiple concerns—including premature ejaculation, digestive symptoms, and chest discomfort—a comprehensive consultation is more beneficial than treating each symptom separately. For personalized assessment, better guidance, and a holistic Ayurvedic treatment plan for sexual wellness and digestive health, he may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5.
Health Tips
Regular exercise, maintaining a healthy body weight, good sleep hygiene, and stress management can significantly improve both digestive health and sexual function. Encourage him to avoid comparing his sexual performance with unrealistic expectations from pornography or social media. Most importantly, reassure him that premature ejaculation is one of the most common male sexual concerns and is treatable, and his past masturbation history is very unlikely to be the cause of his current difficulties. Addressing lifestyle factors and the underlying causes offers the best chance of long-term improvement. Thank you

Dear Practo User, It seems to me that you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot in past and sometimes you still do. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes? Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated. We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step. So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you.
