Ed and size
I am not sure what the correct course of action is for my sexual health problem. I am obese and I see a lot of treatments for removal of pubic fat and ed issues treatment. Not too comfortable of going to in person consultation due to shame. Affecting my mental health very much.

Dear Practo User, Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Often frequent masturbation leads to erection problems and penis shrinkage. It seems to me you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot. Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon? At some point in a man’s life, he may have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Erection problems occur when you can’t achieve or maintain an erection that’s firm enough to have sexual intercourse. Erection problems are also known as: * erectile dysfunction (ED) * impotence * sexual dysfunction In your case I believe you have developed symptoms of Erectile dysfunction. However this issue is not a major problem to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. Rest assured your problem can be resolved. You can contact me directly through my website for online or in person consultation - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

Obesity can interfere with your sexual health. It can increase the ED and PE. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. It needs to be addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

It is understandable to feel embarrassed, but ED and concerns about pubic fat are common medical issues and there is no reason to feel ashamed of an in-person consultation. Obesity can contribute both to erectile dysfunction and to a buried/concealed appearance of the penis, where part of a normally sized shaft is covered by suprapubic fat. The 2026 EAU guideline specifically recommends examination of men with BMI >30 who have sexual difficulties or concerns about penile appearance. I would not jump directly to pubic-fat removal surgery. First determine whether you actually have an acquired buried penis and separately assess the cause of ED. Weight reduction, physical activity and management of metabolic risk factors can improve erectile function and may also expose more of the penile shaft.
Next Steps
A direct examination would be the most appropriate step to rule out the exact health concern. The assessment can usually begin privately and confidentially; you don't have to commit to surgery. The doctor can measure your stretched penile length, assess how much of the shaft is concealed by the pubic fat pad, and evaluate your erection quality. If genuine adult acquired buried penis is present, procedures such as suprapubic lipectomy/liposuction can sometimes improve penile exposure, but they are surgery with potential complications and are recommended in experienced/high-volume centres. Because you mention that this is affecting your mental health considerably, please also consider psychological therapy support. You can connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5 for a confidential Ayurvedic consultation focused on sexual health, lifestyle and weight management.
Health Tips
For now, don't repeatedly measure or examine your penis and don't purchase enlargement pills, oils, injections or unregulated devices. There is no Ayurvedic or allopathic medicine that can simply dissolve the pubic fat pad and permanently enlarge the penis. If obesity is contributing, gradual weight reduction, regular exercise, good sleep and control of blood sugar/lipids can be particularly beneficial for erectile function. Most importantly, don't make an irreversible surgical decision while you are feeling highly anxious. First establish what is anatomical and what is anxiety-related; that alone can make the situation much clearer. Thnak you
