I feel that my penis is getting smaller. It doesn't seem as the same size that it was before. Is it possible for the penis to reduce in size? Also my erections are weaker and I have to force my kegel muscles to achieve an erection. I have also noticed that if I abstain from sexual activity for a week or so my erections are rock hard. But if I try to masturbate the day after I last masturbated my erection is not very hard. Am I suffering from any form of ED? I was a porn addict and a masturbation addict and I have recently brought them under control. Also is it necessary to achieve an erection only by mental stimulation? I am really worried. Please advise.
