Nose is running due to cold. There is no itching in throat. No cold. Just sneezing is there and nose running.

It looks like allergy , more than infection.... You need anti allergy or anti histaminic medications..

Yes it is a cold. But may be allergic. You need to take antiallergics and few OTC drug. Consult with me for proper prescription.
