There are safer medicines than sinarest AF for 7 month old babies. Also try home remedies first. Minor cough cold need not be treated with medicines as the medicines are not tested at this age

Better to use only nasal saline drops 2 drops in bilateral nostrils every 4-6 hourly. Avoid using cough suppressants/ mucolytics/ antihistamine in children less than one year of age. Maintain hydration.
