My child is 3 years old. Two days before he got cold . Symptoms were only watery eyes and runny nose. 1 day later means yesterday. He also stated coughing in late night little bit. But today in morning both eyes are red runny nose cough and afternoon slight fever.
Now how to treat .
Can Antibiotics amoxin
And paracetamol be given?
And what about cough. I don't want to give him cough syrup but most of doctors recomend.
Apart of cough syrup anything else can be given. His cough is dry but loud.
