Cold and cough
My son is 4 month old. He has got cold and getting sound from nose from last week due to travel. His doctor suggested him "remune" Anti allergic probiotic only. And asked for give him nebulizer with sodium chloride solution and Nasoclear drop. I have started these medicine from yesterday. But now he is coughing and having a bit runny nose.
What should I give him now? One of his pediatric has suggested Mucolit drop. Is it ok

Look for hurried breathing, decreased activity or irritability, oral acceptance.. if all mentioned things r fine, cough will take 1 / 2 weeks to settle completely.. no issues..

Yes mucolite is good. You can give mucolite and continue nasoclear drops. You can give nebulisation with sodium chloride if the cough is worsening
