I used a steroid cream called Clobet when I was 20, which irritated my skin and caused small, pus-filled acne called milia. I sought help from a dermatologist and used isotretinoin, which helped for a while. However, I have stopped using isotretinoin since I got married, and I Am still experiencing closed comedones even with oral medication. I am looking for a permanent solution without oral medication, recently I am using salicylic, azelaic 15 % cream ,and aklief for my closed comedonal
"My skin got sunburned when I went out in the sun, and I feel like my skin has become thinner. I also believe my skin barrier is disturbed, which leads to closed comedonal acne and acne marks. I can see thin veins in one or two places on my skin, which makes me think my skin has thinned. However, I haven't used Clobet GM steroid cream for 3 or 4 years now."
