Medicine of closed and open comedones
Which antibiotics and which topical treatment should be used together for low grade of acne vulgaris. I have many closed comedones and few open comedones too. I was told by dermat that i have low grade or starting phase of acne vulgaris. I was suggested by a dermat near me to take oral doxycyclin and use topical adaplene (0.1%) Is it okay to use both together?? And how long the treatment should be continued? Any suggestions ! Please help.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
