CKD since 2010
He had been suffering from CKD since 2010.Recently his creatinine level jumps upto 6.4 & Heamoglobin comes down to 9.In tjis scenario what to do to avoid dialysis??? Please suggest...

Get a AV fistula ready, you may need dialysis somewhere down the time period. If it's due to chronic kidney parenchymal changes like nephropathy, then progression to end stage renal disease is inevitable.
