Before previous month the bp was around 170/95 and now dad is taking the given below medicine list- 1)TIDE 10 2)FERONIA XT 3)PHOSTAT 667 4)NODOSIS 500 (TWO TIMES) 5)FOLVIT 5MG 6)CONCOR 5 7)CILACAR 10(TWO TIMES) 8)OLMOZESD 40 9)MOXON 0.3 10)AZTOR 10 My dad also practices pranayam regularly in morning and i've seen the benefits from it because of the relief from gas problem, constipation and also both leg foot swelling problem. Medicine  had also added in the daily pills taken list regarding all above mentioned problems (LIke dytor 5mg one time for foot swelling). But my dad didn't go anywhere to  begin  pranayam practices rather he followed Ramdev's video on youtube for techniques. So,i'm bothering that the reason of suddenly high bp is caused by doing pranayam with no proper techniques?Pls,help me
