Patient admitted for  low bp
Patient age is 69 years were experiencing low bp symptoms since 2-3 days visited Dr for it got admitted now bp somehow normal..spo2 level is also normal ,but showing kidney inflammation attaching reports *I don't want online consultation* as patient is admitted already and seeking treatment just want information about what treatment will be given by doctor as midlobe calculus is 10mm and another 6mm kindly plz guide if possible thank you .

There must be a ureteric calculus not seen on ultrasound which warrants CT KUB and then proceed as per CT and other blood reports
