Patient age is 72, Kidney potassim level
Potassium level is 5.4, creatinine is 3.7.. in this case dialysis is needed, and also she is BP patient .

No dialysis is not needed... But change in medicines is required based on the decreased renal function.... Consult a Nephrologist...
