Chronic knee pain
Chronic pain just above knee cap, more evident when resting. No swelling or redness. Very intense, to the point where I have to grip my legs tightly to stop the pain.

Dear Sir, for how long you have this pain, have you done any x ray or blood investigation, if yes please attach, if no get them done, anterior knee pain has many causes, and it needs evaluation to know what's affecting you.
