Chronic bilatral inflamatory sacroilitis
I am having lower back pain for past 2 months. X-ray ls-ap spine was normal. Then took MRI and it showed chronic bilateral inflammatory sacroiliitis. I am now doing physiotherphy. Mild pain stil there at the si joint area. Is this anything serious. I am very frustrated now. Pls do help me.
