Nd my vit b12 is 64
Right now I have symptoms like sore throat,tingling, weakness,phelgm,eyestrain, headache
And I'm not eating any oily food since months
I've taken many antibiotics antacid because of of fevers in past 5 months
My concern is it serious or not.

Your reports are normal. A little rise of LDL and a corresponding decrease in HDL is insignificant.
Your Haemoglobin will put you in top 99% in the Country.
You should otherwise also take one Capsule Vit B complex and capsule Vit D3 , 60K every day. You can take PPI drugs for about 15 days. Please share your diagnosis for which you had to take Antibiotics for 5 months. That is the only thing which, by itself, is serious.
