I am Male 29Yrs old. From past 8 months i was suffering from Constipation. During blood test and other tests as suggested by doctor we came to know Vitamin B12 and D3 is lower and took injections for the same and even Bad Cholesterol (LDL) is also higher. I have read many sites to find out how to reduce it. In many sites i found we need to go for regular walk and have read Apple Cider Vineger can be taken to reduce the bad cholesterol. HELLO, NICE STUDY. B12 DEFICIENCY ALSO CAUSES CONSTIPATION. DIET SHOULD BE SIMPLE WITH LEAST OIL N SPICES. NO GHEE AT ALL. NUTRILITE BUTTER U CAN ALMOND (NOT AMERICAN) BEST ONE (MAMRA) TO SOAK 11 ALMOND N IN MORNING TAKE IT AFTER PEALING IS HELPFUL TO REDUCE LDL. NOW CONSTIPATION ISABGOL HUSK TO USE REGULARLY, IT IS A HERBAL PRODUCT NO HARM AT ALL  BUT HAVE TO WAIT.YOU CAN USE THREE TIMES THREE TEASPOONFUL EITHER AS SUCH PUT IN MOUTH WITH SUGAR N ENGULFE IT WITH WATER.BUT FAST. OR WITH CURD ,SALT  BUT FAST AS IT SWELLS A LOT. IT NATURALLY COATS YOUR GUT WALL UP TO RECTUM SO SLOWLY REMOVE YOUR CONSTIPATION. TAKE TIME WITH LOW COST BUT VERY HELPFUL. IT IS NOT INSTANT. LOT OF LIQUIDS. BIG BOWLOF SALAD TWO TIMES BEFORE LUNCH N DINNER. ALL WILL HELP TO REMOVE CONSTIPATION. OK.
