I have above border line cholesterol. How can I reduce it without medicine? I am doing regular excercise, however weight loss is not happening.

Low fat, low cholesterol, organic , DASH, Mediterranean diet , vegetarian diet Combined with exercise will Help lower cholesterol But if levels are high please take prescribed meds .
