Hi, I need more and proper information for making any conclusion. But according to your given information it can be a learning difficulty. It needs proper guidance and sessions to help. Until then, for maintaining focus, you can try giving him a bowl full of different lentils like chickpea, rajma, and other lentils and ask him to put them in different bowls each one in diffrent. For proper guidance consult.

It can be learning difficultly due to any psychological issues. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions, occupation therapy and homeopathic medicine if required. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Dear parent Since when is it happening with your child? Is it suddenly happened that he stopped writing in school? Or it has happened slowly. A lot of things depends on this. If it has happened suddenly, it might be a behavioural change and to be dealt accordingly. Or it's been a while that he is not able to pay attention? Class room has a lot of distractions. May be because of that the child is not able to attend.
Next Steps
1.Try to see if there is something that happened at school? Talk to the teacher about it. 2. Try to observe if in other areas also that child is facing difficulties to pay attention? it's better you get your child's evaluation. -Test of attention and concentration -Intelligence and few others , the Psychologist will do it.
Health Tips
Do not worry. it can be managed. Do not scold your child for not doing it and ask the teachers also to not scold the child.

Encourage your child to practice writing at home, using fun tools and positive reinforcement. Create a comfortable writing environment and set achievable goals. Be patient and supportive, avoiding pressure. Involve the teacher and seek professional guidance if needed. Model writing behaviors yourself and make them playful through games and activities. Remember that every child learns at their own pace.
Next Steps
Stay involved and provide consistent support to build confidence in independent writing. If you feel overwhelmed, consider practicing mindfulness to help manage your stress and emotions.

Hello, It's been how long he is facing this issue. It's a regular behaviour with different teachers or specifically to a particular teacher or school. To understand the root cause i suggest you consult a Child Psychologist.
Health Tips
If he is writing at home then at least you don't need to worry about his  writing ability. Go for Psychological assessment to understand the issue.
