You must consult a Clinical Psychologist (MPhil Clinical Psychology) who can help to assess, diagnose and provide therapy for the same.
In India, a Clinical psychologist with MPhil Clinical Psychology is the only one who is trained professionally and has the license to diagnose and provide treatment.

I can understand u feel deeply concerned abs helpless. Pls take him to a child psychologist who has a clinical background so that he or she can assess ur child’s speech and guide appropriately. U can look up for qualifications like masters in clinical psychology or mphil in clinical psychology when u search for a therapist.
Kindly seek help with a speech therapist. If you see any changes in his behaviour etc due to confidence issues then you can reach counselling psychologist
