Hello, Thank you for the query. Will surely help you. The symptoms you are facing are probably because of your chickungunya disease. It is advised to keep taking your medications and proper rest as suggested by your doctor. You will gain your strength back after your symptoms subside. Remember to eat a well-balanced diet of home cooked food. Consistency of food should be easily digestible. Include good amounts of fruits and vegetables in your diet to boost your immunity. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking adequate amounts of water, soups, juices etc. Hope this information helps. For a customised diet plan through an online or an in-person consultation, you can reach out to me via practo or on www.vasundhara.me . Thanks
