Yesterday I went for a dinner with my family...today in morning it's feel like my chest is itchy feeling some pain..when m laying down on bed it's hurting...is it realted to gass acidity or something else?

What is chest is itchy? Is it painful.? Burning? Any change with posture, meal...? Please specify.. Take a PPi course for one wk and.. get a thorough  investigation  done.
