I think you are thinking much more, this anxiety can be one of cause of y our symptoms , if resting ecg is found normal, you have to go for trademill test & holter monitoring for palpitations. Avoid tomuch tea or coffee, take full meals. For more evaluation you can contact me on procto

You didn't have good sleep, this may be one of the cause.
Eat proper food. One good day biscuit not enough.
Since you are saying ecg was done many a times, and it was normal, so I don't think it is cardiac, still it chest heaviness persist, you can repeat one ecg.
Regarding dizziness, I think you need proper rest.
Next Steps
take proper rest.
drink plenty of water.
you can take Cap Pantocid-DSR once daily
Syp Mucaine gel 2tsf thrice daily
Are you taking a lot of coffee? It may be cause of palpitations. Even acidity can cause heaviness and discomfort. If ECG is repeatedly normal then you can look into GI causes
