There is muscle that connects left chest to armpit i have pain in that place for some second then gone I don't know if i make you understand you can say left side of Left chest pain for seconds it comes and goes

Be relaxed. Provide history in more detail. Simple gas in the stomach may give rise to such type of chest pain. All left sided chest pain are not necessarily arise from heart. But we can not ignore it.
