Chest pain
I have this pain in the chest below my left breast. Whenever I bend backwards, or inhale it hurts really badly. It's just in one spot. I tried touching the area and I feel there is a slight swelling. But I'm not sure and probably just imagining things.

As you say you have the pain localized and as there's swelling, do you remember getting hit accidentally?? If there is no breathlessness and no increase in the severity of the chest pain, you can feel assured. If you are having fever, body pains and want to rule out any heart condition, you can visit a general physician.
