For the past three days I have been having a little bit of chest pain on the left side, and also I'm feeling bloated, and passing stool more than normal, my BP is normal and my sugar too, 2 years ago i had done TMT and 2d echo test it was normal, and every 3 months I do ecg which is normal, daily I brisk walk for 40-60 minutes, it's just I eat packed food every week, should I be worried?
