I have done many cardiac tests over these years. Docs say it is non cardiac. Recent symptoms: sore chest muscles+ burps ( both at rest or walking/running)+ pinching chest pain (for seconds) or Burning sensation in chest and mostly near nipple left + weird taste in throat + burps Can it be due to gerd or acidity as i feel bloated at times?
