Chest pain
Dear doctor , i'm facing left neck pain an shoulder ,arm, from almost 4 years now , in between it goes an comes , so i stopped using pillow , but now again i'm facing pain which is radiating to left chest, i don't know if it is chest pain ya bone pain , but when i pressing left chest bone , little pain is there , i have taken so many ECG'S Ans Echo test which came normal , only some times bcz of anxiety my ecg showed more beats , can any one tell me which pain is this ,thank you

persistent pain radiating from the neck, shoulder, and arm to the chest could potentially be related to issues like nerve compression, cervical spine problems, or even musculoskeletal conditions. Since your ECG is normal, it's still important to consult a orthopaedic doctor

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from pain at the neck of left side radiating towards the left side of chest. Do Test as CBC ESR CRP LFT and USG of whole abdomen.
