Chest pain and scratchy throat
I'm on my way to quit smoking, have drastically reduced smoking to 1 cigarette per 4-5 days. Also started walking as I have gained almost 10-15 kilos. I'm experiencing occassional chest pain , usually in the night and scratchy throat with mucus (or phlegm).
