Drank too much cold water and now having scratchy throat and pain. What should I take. I am able to breath without blockage but there is a feeling of mucus

Take warm water with saline Tab Anticold 100mg bd Tab azithromycine 250mg bd If there is nasal discharge then take tab levocitrizine
