Quitting smoking
Today is the third day of me quitting smoking. I've been experiencing a little faster heart rate than usual, fatigue and very mild chest pain ( on pressing ) below the left nipple. I've been smoking on & off for the past 6-7 years. Started exercising a month ago. Is there anything I should do to aid my quitting process?
