I've been a regular smoker for quite a few years, but recently I've realised that it's getting out of hand so I've significantly reduced the consumption. And I'm on my way to quit.
But I find myself always out of energy while doing the simplest task. Feeling this way at the age of 27 is concerning.
Consulted a pulmonologist few weeks back and did a chest xray, it came clear. I was told I had sinus congestion.
Can you please suggest how I can improve this?
