Chest heaviness since 1 week
My 71 year old Aunty is having chest heaviness since last 1 week( no other problem). Her ECG was abnormal with LBBB & Probable LAD. CHEST X RAY WAS NORMAL, 2D ECHO WAS NORMAL.TROP I : less than 0.1. She can't do TMT bcoz she has slight difficulty in walking due to an accident 20 years back.So Since ECHO is Normal & ECG is abnormal what should we do??? I have attached ECHO & ECG report

See ECG is abnormal its fine....if u have to go for treatment of heart diaease u have to know about risk factors....Risk factors include Diabetes,High Blood pressure,Obesity and Thyroid disorder.....See for heart disease complete history is required....And we never suggest any patinet for Angiopalsy or Bypass....because these all is not a permenat treatment because u see the patients having second or third stent after his or her first stent or repeat bypass surgery within 3 to 4 yrs....
I have treated or reverse the heart disesease of many patients but for that i requied a detailed history....

Count her pulse and tell me .LBBB mean her heart impulse not moving properly.It has some blockage(not like blood vessels).

Hi though 2decho is wnl,ecg shows LBBB.Any new LBBB should be taken as a cardiac event.And symptomatically as well she is having chest heaviness.Consult a cardiologist and get an angiography(procedure to find how much is the blockage in arteries) done.
