Chest heaviness, pain under the ribs/gas

Asked for Male, 25 Years

First of all I have this gas problem where I need to use washroom after every meal. I have a constant heaviness in the middle of the chest plus there is pain under my left ribs when I stretch. Random pain also pops up anywhere on the chest(mostly left side). There is also some cough at regular intervals.I am not sure if this is caused by gas or some other chronic disease but I am very uncomfortable and in pain all the time. Please help.
