You can try homeopathy or ayurvedic medicine.
If not relieved , it can be removed by surgery by ophthalmologist for cosmetic purpose
It is not urgent issue.

1.Do warm compress as many times as possible first ,
2 .homoepathy and ayurveda won't help
3. Consult your doctor after 1 month of regular compress if the swelling is not reduced .
For now please do warm compresses atleast twice a day for a minimum of 10 mins per session.
In case of recurrence or non resolution consult with nearby Ophthalmologist
If it is recent one we can try oral medicines (allopathic). Should be ok with proper medicines. Continue with Hot fomentation. Predisposing factor has to be tackled to avoid further episodes.
You can try some ayuvedic / unani applications over swelling externally under supervision. For that you have to consult concerned pathy Dr.
