Do hot fomentation 6 time in a day Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene You can try homeopathy or ayurvedic medicine. If not relieved , it can be removed by surgery by ophthalmologist for cosmetic purpose It is not urgent issue.

If it is recent one we can try oral medicines (allopathic).  Should be ok with proper medicines. Continue with Hot fomentation. Predisposing factor has to be tackled to avoid further episodes. You can try some ayuvedic / unani applications over swelling externally under supervision. For that you have to consult concerned pathy Dr.
