Had a chalazion removal procedure done 4 days back . Please advice about the after care related to that . For How many days should i avoid contact of water with my eyes after a Chalazion surgery ???

The most important thing in after care after chalazion surgery is hot fomentation and lid hygiene. Contact lens wearing can be tried after the swelling has subsided completely and no foreign body sensation is there. Better to w8 for a week. By a week the incision would completely heal and conjunctiva surface would become completely smooth.
